Because he's basically family with the gf, he was already giving us an awesome deal on it before the shooting. I don't know what his mortgage was on the place, but it couldn't have been much less than what he was offering to us in rent. Also, would have been a sweeeet convenience to only have to walk a few doors down to the crackhouse.

Is this a practice day or somethin?
 
So I can't get a Covid test because they are low on kits. Previously, they test everyone who was in contact with a known infection. They now will only test those with symptoms.

No big deal... Just kinda odd.

played tennis last night with a different group, much younger players and it actually felt like a workout.

went to Chipotle after and got a burrito and it was just what I needed.

now, I need this phone call to end so I can poop.
