have we been kicked out yet?
Is it just me or did Minny's offensive line look massive? I know they got that one Andre the Giant dude who is 6'9'' 380 but they just looked big to me.

i was watching live, I'm surprise they brought out 7 with Dunlap who used to be our 6th Ol transferring outAt times they had 7 down O-linemen in the game.
They had a good game plan defensively that anyone could figure out by now.... Take away Nebraska's running game and force Martinez to beat you by himself.
Yeah but those guys on the ground sure don't like it when they call in for air support and it doesn't show up.Wisconsin beat the strongest Army in the world. Wars are won on the ground, not through the air.
...and wears a skirt.Sparty's been on steroid's for decades.
This happened in September, but I don't believe was mentioned on the Hoop.
Michigan State is the first program to receive an endorsement deal for the entire football team, including walk-ons. This deal also includes all members of the MSU basketball team.
Essentially, all MSU football and men's basketball athletes will receive a $500 per month stipend, year round in exchange for players promoting the mortgage company on social media.
Couch: Mat Ishbia's name, image and likeness player sponsorship 'in perpetuity' gives MSU football, men's basketball a leg up
The Miami Hurricanes received a similar deal with a mixed martial arts gym chain in July, but the Miami deal is only for scholarship players, not walk-ons, and is exclusively football players.
Miami booster offers $540,000 NIL endorsement deal to all Hurricanes scholarship football players
BYU also has a similar endorsement deal for scholarship only football players.
All Michigan State offensive linemen also received a group endorsement deal with a local restaurant.
I imagine more schools have since been able to follow suit?
Since Sparty clearly likes selling dat ass, perhaps their volleyball team can get an endorsement deal with a local strip club?

So the government is going to tell companies where they are allowed to spend their money? This is where the gubmint is gonna start getting involved in NIL regarding Title IX equality.
"iT's NoT fAiR"
So the government is going to tell companies where they are allowed to spend their money?
Title IX prevents the university from picking to pay only men’s teams. If the government forces outside entities to pay an equal amount of money to players that will produce $0 in revenue, you are going to kill NIL. Why would you spend an extra $75k to get <$5k in revenue? It makes zero business sense and would steer companies away from sponsoring players because what prevents the government from saying “well you paid Superstar Player $10k so that means you need to pay Suzy Rottencrotch $10k for reasons”. There are no Title IX issues because the university is not involved. It's what our current government does.
I think the NIL was safe when it came to specific players like your Peyton Manning's, etc who have the potential to be stars at the next level.
They've now gotten into across the board players and are specific about it only applying to men's sports.
Don't get me wrong, I don't support the fight that is about to come.
It's my opinion that in the VAST majority of instances, women's sports would not exist if it weren't for the revenue generated by football and men's basketball funding them.
Same could be said for many men's sports where only family members are in attendance.

Well, they can implement rules against it. But as it stands, there would be no argument.I get all that, but when entire men's teams, (including walk-ons) are getting paid then those sports (football/basketball) are done within the NCAA as we know it. We are in a time of envy. Particularly 'wealth envy'. "
"It's not fair when someone has more than me, makes more than me, etc."
Contributions be damned.
Naturally a walk-on on the football team is contributing more towards revenue generation than the best women's bowler is.
I think Nebraska women volleyball generates more revenue than it costs, but that's it.
At that point then they can just go to each individual player and offer them a solo deal and bypass the rule. It’s a lot more work but the Human Victory Cigar will get it doneWell, they can implement rules against it. But as it stands, there would be no argument.
