If I was Loveland, Mason Graham and Kenneth Grant -- I would have shut it down weeks ago. I don't blame Will Johnson one bit for sitting out either.

Yeah, I'm gonna really miss him. Can't help but wonder what kind of numbers he could have put up with a functional offense run by a competent OC.

Can't say I'm expecting much this weekend. I'll watch, but if OSU finds themselves up by 14+ at any point it's essentially over. I could see the defense playing well enough to cover, but it's hard to see this offense doing anything against your defense. Michigan showed signs of life against Northwestern, but that was pretty much dinking and dunking... OSU can just sit on that. Michigan hasn't tested secondaries with deep passing at all this year, and I'm not expecting that to change much if at all this week. My guess is it'll be something like 33-16.

Here's hoping Michigan can discover some mid 90's magic, namely 1995 or 1996.

He's got Brock Bowers type upside at the next level, that's for sure.

This is going to be a pretty pivotal game for Day's future. If he takes care of business and we win similarly to Iowa earlier this year, we move on confidently. If it ends up being super close, there's going to have to be some internal questions. If we lose, he's done, but I just can't see that happening. For all his flaws, Day has never been prone to being upset by teams with this type of talent disparity, unlike the final Urban years.

What happened on that play, Syvelle Newton (SC QB) was hit after the throw, and afterwards a clemson player allegedly kicked at his head while he was still on the ground. SC offensive line stepped in to defend their guy, and then it was on. There were still about 5 minutes left in the game.

But prior to the game, Carolina players had stood at the bottom of the hill taunting the Clemson players before they ran down after touching their gay little rock. So the whole thing could have been avoided if the tigers hadn't been such pussies to begin with.

Anything under 2 scores is going to feel like a loss. I really don’t expect the win by like 4 TDs or anything. A 27-10 type win id be ok with.
 
So my favorite thing about this week is that I was speaking with my Auburn Fan sister who asked me who Iowa State is playing this week, and I answered "Kansas State".

She said: "I know someone who graduated from Kansas State, and she is a bitch." lol. Good enough for me! Let's Go Cyclones! Beat the Purple Kitties, AGAIN!

Hopefully, Iowa State can beat K-State-* more impressively than Tulane lost to the Wildcats to impress that august CFP Committee a bit. / sarcasm

*-They have played EVERY year since 1917, and the Cyclones lead the series 53-50-4

Pretty much how I see it, though I think the idea of firing Day is asinine. Rivalry aside, I do think he's a very good coach and I'd take him as our HC. I honestly think his recent OSU teams are arguably better than most of the Meyer teams, he's just run into much better Michigan squads than Urban did (save for maybe 2016). Unfortunately, the average fan doesn't care about context
 
I moved to Iowa just so that I could shit and flush it down to the iowa fans working at the shit separater plant.

A 10-2 record with a loss to a 6-5 michigan team at home is inexcusable with this team, honestly. Top defense in the nation, but unlike last year, we have an elite scoring offense (we were somewhere in the 40s last year). I understand anything can happen in a rivalry game, but if they struggle today it's going to make that seat unbearably hot.
