I have the same issue with those in ear buds. These go over your ear and the speakers are outside your ear. I find the sound be as good
or better than any bluetoof I've owned. They use "bone conduction" technology that delivers the sound through your cheekbone.

I've found the Wal-mart brand severe allergy medicine works best for me. It's cheaper too than the other OTCs. I've found that allergy meds tend to be person specific but I generally recommend anyone trying that one. People tend to overlook store brands
