My wife microwaved a bagel.

But instead setting the time in seconds, she did it in minutes.

I was upstairs working and by the time the smell got to me, it was too late. The whole house stinks.

It was not only the bagel, but the plastic microwave shield that started burning.

And she was wondering why the microwave was taking so long to finish. :doh: :facepalm:
