Happy first day of the Christmas sprint! There were no mushies in the stuffies and the smoked turkey was bomb! Would eat again. My BIL’s ma is going to use the other leftover turkey to make Welsh rarebit later today. I’ve never had it before but it sounds good enough.
 
Looks like Iowa has an offensive lineman playing QB.

I've never heard of a welsh rarebit with turkey, but maybe she's going for a kind of hot brown.
Welsh rarebit is usually just cheese sauce served over toasted bread (and absofuckinlutely delicious!!!)

A hot brown is turkey and bacon over toasted bread with mornay sauce.
