Didn't you dismiss sodium intake as a risk factor for you on here a couple of days ago?
Yes... I no longer have any restrictions, but I'm still going to be better about my diet. Should still have no more than 2000-2300 mg per day depending on activity level.

Sodium is EVERYWHERE.... and unavoidable. Table salt is not the killer. Salt in packaged and canned foods is.

Pull and pray
That reminds me of "The Pullout King" on Portlandia. :heh:

Y'all quoted a Marissa Tomei line from My Cousin Vinny without a picture of her?

Either you're slipping, or I've been mistaken for years that most guys looooooved Marissa Tomei.
Ummmmm, I felt she was overrated.......

but who quoted her?

Yeah, when I was cooking for my mama after her diagnosis, I started obsessively reading labels for sodium content.
I was astonished how much was added to so many foods, even some frozen vegetables.

It's not added to the veggies.... (unless there was added seasonings).

Canned veggies are different, as are pickled.... but dang... who's gonna pass up some spicy, garlic dillie beans?

It's a mineral, so it's in the earth. All fruits and veggies, fresh or otherwise, are gonna have sodium.

Baked goods are my achilles.... LOVE me some fresh bread.... rolls..... etc.

Well it's official.

Reds never scored a run.

Wonder if that's ever happened in a playoff series before, not just one wild card game.

wish you hadn't put the spoiler over that, now, @huskers1217 .... I hit refresh, and then have to open it back up.... :tsk:

I heard never 3 runs or less in series.....but how many have been best of 3? Not a lot I'm guessing.

Oh, there's a fuckton added to canned vegetable, but sometimes it's added to frozen, too, or at least used to be for some brands.
This was over 20 years ago, so it may have changed.
