huh? Too many carbs? I'm already on the low end for carb consumption... I think you're messing with me.Too many carbs...and where is your fiber?? No fruit/veggies?
I'm trying to drive my fat % down and maintain or slightly add weight, so I've actually increased my calories per day. I try and get a minimum of 150 grams of protein per day.I don't pay anywhere near that much attention to what I eat.
In fact, the only time I pay much attention at all is when I'm either losing weight and trying to stop myself from losing more, or have already lost some and am trying to get it back.
I'm currently in a "stop myself from losing more" phase, which basically means I'm just trying to make sure I eat enough, even if I'm not hungry.
I'm not, actually.huh? Too many carbs? I'm already on the low end for carb consumption... I think you're messing with me.
processed.... because it's all sugars.I'm not, actually.
Carbs are killing this country
Who do you think comes up with the recommendations?processed.... because it's all sugars.
But again - I'm on the low end of recommended.
You mean the Carbinati?Who do you think comes up with the recommendations?
That's right...the Carb lobby!
I've basically been the same way. I had to drop weight when I started training for marathon nunero uno so I cut out shit like desserts, candy, burgers, donuts, soda as much as possible, etc. (I do this every time I'm on the fourish months training now) and now when I do eat that stuff it messes with my stomach because it's not used to it. That's honestly a good diet deterrent when you just simply don't want the stomach ache.I don't pay anywhere near that much attention to what I eat.

Kershaw has struggled in playoff games so it's a possibility.if the dodgers lose tonight.. expect a rage quit over on euro hoop tomorrow from yours truly.
What I've learned regarding diet in the "journey" since my heart attack, is that most people don't know shit about diets, and there's sooooo much misinformation.I've had to work to stay at a reasonable weight most of my life. In my early 20's, it dawned on me I should look at all the things people do to lose weight, then do the opposite. So, if I read something saying, don't eat this if you want to lose weight, I'd make sure to eat it. If I read something that says don't eat right before you go to bed, I'd make sure and eat right before I go to bed. In fact, the best thing I've found to stop myself from losing weight and eventually put a bit back on is to eat high calorie/high fat food right before I go to bed.
Yeah, one of thoseYou mean the Carbinati?
Or the Carbino family?
I sometimes have to throw down some calories at the end of the day, otherwise I'll wake up super hungry, and won't have a good workout.I've basically been the same way.
