I dunno...I didn't see anything super special about it?? It's ostensibly a small convection oven, so it does circulate the heat, but you'd be hard-pressed to pick it in a blind test, between that and a regular oven, IMO.

Yeah, mine would not be sitting out, either. Probably end up using it twice a year. Did you get yours at Costco? The one I'm looking at is super similar to yours... just looks like maybe newer electronic panel thingie?

Use it right away to see if its any good.

If it doesn't work properly, take it back.
