I think I could take what's in my paper shredder bin and put it in a salad and not tell the difference from that and kale.I've never seen so much kale talk. My Wife makes a soup that uses Italian kale.... but there is also bacon, sausage and a lot of garlic in it.
And I use red kale and a spring mix in salads. Not quite as bad as standard kale.

I can't even explain much of what they listen to. My son is really into techno & synth stuff but he has different names for it. My daughter listens to some pop but mostly she likes broadway soundtracks. Then they started listening to these self-promoted artists on instagram and tiktok
My kids have always been pretty receptive with what the Wife and I introduced them too; 90/00s alternative, country, classic rock, some pop of varying eras, Brit Invasion stuff. They listen to modern pop stuff too but not as much as their peers (according to them). My kids were raised listening to my music. I remember my son being 3 years old and singing along to BB King. lol
The only "kids cd" that I ever bought for them was one that had artists like Little Richard, Bob Seger, etc. doing kids songs.
They have both thanked me for that because, since they of course also developed their own tastes in current music, they have a pretty wide range of music that they listen to.
i'd rather eat white dog shit

That's what I was looking for and couldn't find it!
Since I've been learning guitar I've been exposing them to more oldies. At one time I had "the British Book of Rock" from the library; my daughter looked through it and laughed because the very first song she turned to was "Honky Tonk Women"My kids have always been pretty receptive with what the Wife and I introduced them too; 90/00s alternative, country, classic rock, some pop of varying eras, Brit Invasion stuff. And Brady looks like Brett Faaaaaavre.Brees looks like the father on Family Ties
How long before we see this guy taking over for Tom Selleck pitching them reverse mortgages?

Wish Namath would go away. He has milked that Superbowl for all it's worth, and then some.Yeah, no shit. So bad seeing Namath doing those Medicare commercials.
