I've never seen so much kale talk. My Wife makes a soup that uses Italian kale.... but there is also bacon, sausage and a lot of garlic in it.
And I use red kale and a spring mix in salads. Not quite as bad as standard kale.

I think I could take what's in my paper shredder bin and put it in a salad and not tell the difference from that and kale.

We've made a Portuguese kale soup that has potatoes and sausage in it. Delicious

The only "kids cd" that I ever bought for them was one that had artists like Little Richard, Bob Seger, etc. doing kids songs.

They have both thanked me for that because, since they of course also developed their own tastes in current music, they have a pretty wide range of music that they listen to.

My kids have always been pretty receptive with what the Wife and I introduced them too; 90/00s alternative, country, classic rock, some pop of varying eras, Brit Invasion stuff. They listen to modern pop stuff too but not as much as their peers (according to them).

Since I've been learning guitar I've been exposing them to more oldies. At one time I had "the British Book of Rock" from the library; my daughter looked through it and laughed because the very first song she turned to was "Honky Tonk Women"

Wish Namath would go away. He has milked that Superbowl for all it's worth, and then some.

All he does now is highlight how long it's been since that team had anything to be proud of
