In better news... the "pup" (she's is a year and a half old, after all) is now 3.9 lbs! Vet said she feels more muscley so her squirrel-chasin' must be good for her.

Unfortunately, I found thee cutest rain jacket for her, but I can't find it in XXS because the XS is still a little too big. Might get it anyway and just put a chunkier sweater on underneath.

I'm shockingly pretty disturbed by it. I think this is the first covid death in my orbit and I'm feeling a little useless about it. Poor dude has over $60k in hospital bills and it's only growing. And how is he going to raise those kids by himself? I'll have to ask if they've set up a GoFundMe or something. Or maybe I just send him some money. Barf. Life is brutal.

She actually hated the sound of the zipper when I made her try it on. But she's a little speck of a dog and gets all shivery & shit so I put her in stupid clothes to entertain myself. You should see the sweater she's wearing right now... red & green with a reindeer, holly berry and bow appliqued to it
