I shall attempt to remedy the garlic sitch thusly: add more cucumber.

If that doesn't work, it's off to the store for more yogurt, which pisses me off because i already went to the store once this week.

But the hummus was a success! Doesn't smell like old hippies, i don't think. Was gonna make a little jalapeno/cilantro stuff to top it, but I have a chimichurri that might do the trick for now.

What lazy ass boss needs someone to put something as trivial as getting a PCR test on their calendar anyway?

Does he need reminders to wipe after shitting?
lulz... haz you no c-sweet? The more successful they become, the less they are able to do the easiest stuff known to mankind.

(if he doesn't put it on his calendar, he'll forget to leave the house and be late when 2:30 rolls around and he's supposed to be AT the doctor's office)

Speaking of Mox - the weather is forecast to likely get officially beyond hot af over the holiday weekend.
Head's up.
Are you shittin' me?! I thought we were done with this crap!! Where's the 60º temps already?!

Also gonna try to make my own hummus today. I read that the key is to overcook the chickpeas with a little baking soda added to the water. I had the best hummus years ago at this restaurant in SF - it was sooo fluffy! This is what I'm hoping for.
Hummus?? :twitch:

Guess I left out an "M" when I searched - huh? Didn't sound like a GOOD dip! :noidea:

"What is "humus" made of?

In addition to the plant material in leaf litter, humus is composed of decaying animals, such as insects, and other organisms, such as mushrooms. Humus is dark, organic material that forms in soil when plant and animal matter decays. When plants drop leaves, twigs, and other material to the ground, it piles up..."

Finally back home after a week in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri.

Didn't realize Nebraska's season ended before September began.

Was gonna ask @NU_WTF? why the name change but now I get it. :rip:

See this is why I like my company, we have a CEO and a president and neither of them are high maintenance morons.

Now the people in the parent company might be a different story.

The funny thing is, he's tried to tell me a couple times that he's low maintenance. Compared to the last one, maybe, but that's not saying a whole lot.

Oh, but he was in LA last week (I had to do a last minute switch on his hotel from Beverly Hills (personal trip) to Burbank) and i was told a hooker propositioned him in front of his wife

I'm sorry to say, no, I'm not shittin' you.
Things could always change, but as of now, it is not looking promising.
That's why I thought I'd tell you.
I know you hate the heat, and while I'm good up to the low 90's, beyond that I'm not happy, either,
And when it's gets into the triple digits, that can just fuck right off.
So, knowing in advance, at least we can pre-water certain plants, blah, blah.
Hell, from what I read, I may set up the second portable AC unit I bought.
