The leaves are getting a bit heavy already! Big ass leaves, soaking up that sun! So when I planted them, I only filled the pots with dirt a little more than halfway up because I read that I could add dirt later to give them more support as they grew taller. Well, now they need more support. I stupidly thought skewers (yes, regular ass kitchen skewers!) would be able to support some weight by leaning against them if needed. Stupid twigs don't do shit! But here's my dilemma - sure, I could add more dirt now, but there's little sprouting leaves down there! Will it be bad if I cover them up? I still have about 5" until I reach the top of the pot.

And that big dummy dumb head ass is a former Padres fan. So while he's a total pervert creep shitstick, at least he's not a neck tatted criminal raper.

I don't know anything about not filling the pot all the way, although that doesn't make much sense to me. At least when I staked mine, it was because they were top heavy. Adding more dirt at the base wouldn't have done shit to help that. I always used sticks I found in my yard to prop them up, preferably with a "v" at the top, and put them at an angle. I doubt you'd kill the plant if you covered the little dsprouting leaves. If it would make you feel better about it, pinch out those leaves, then add the dirt. :)

Oh. Shit.

Did ... did I just call someone one of the worst things one could ever call someone, and he's not one?!?

@HammerDown - I just want to thank you for your extreme magnanimity. Calling you what I did would have absolutely been grounds for a permanent ban, so thanks for letting me stick around.

Why was I today years old when I realized that the reason the camera on my laptop that I've had for 2 years doesn't work is because that little instruction sticker telling me to slide the tab over is supposed to be removed?

It would probably make sense if I had explained it right.

I didn’t really get it until after I’d already planted themand they started growing. Then I had that little moment

“Ohhhh! That’s why it said to only fill it 1/3 of the way up!”

Me??? A pervert? WHAT?!

What a fucking day. Finally have a busy ass work week, and nothing but computer issues all day. I have been using the same software for a long time, and it finally gave out, and there is no longer support for it. Found some new shit, but leanring a new product, after 16 years, has not been fun. add to it that I had some real issues getting it going, and the company is east coast, so dey gone at 5pm EST, which is only 2 here, and fuck me running, did it take me a while to get it going on my own.

Got one of 3 reports done, and said fuck it. poured a nice fat bourbon to chill with while I do my other 2. have felt like letting out a primal scream of sorts for some time, but have opted against it.
