I was a grocery checker when I was like, 21 and had a 17 year old bagger that had a crush on me, so if any customers sassed me, he would unscrew their liquid bottles a little or smash their bread or break an egg when he loaded their stuff in the car. What a good boy.All the baggers here are like 14-15 too young to be useless stoners![]()
Speaking of inappropriate relationships, I watched a documentary on Mary Kay Laturneau last night. That bitch was nuts.I was a grocery checker when I was like, 21 and had a 17 year old bagger that had a crush on me, so if any customers sassed me, he would unscrew their liquid bottles a little or smash their bread or break an egg when he loaded their stuff in the car. Out MY way, an 18 package (AA Large) is now $5.79, an increase of over $2 since Spring when they had some sort of a "chicken disease" issue. The prices haven't (and likely WON'T) go back down now even if that issue is all fixed.WTF with eggs being so expensive? Five bucks for a dozen? I thought they were like, $2/dozen.

I ended up getting a 24 pack at Costco for ~$5. I wanted the brown ones, but they were pretty much double the price.Out MY way, an 18 package (AA Large) is now $5.79, an increase of over $2 since Spring when they had some sort of a "chicken disease" issue. The whities were still just over five bucks here. The brownies were over 8.At Costco, I get 24 AA free range eggs for $6.59. If I want regular 24 AA vegetarian non hormonal, that's like $3.99.
Costco rules.
