Oooh! I haven’t made that in forever! I used to do a crunchy one but then I had the warm, gooey one at a baseball game and I converted. Shit is so good!

When you wake up at 5am to the sound of your cat puking uncontrollably, hours later she's still puking, you have to take her into the vet (just grateful they can get her in and you don't have to go to Pet Emergency), finally get her home and resting ... and still have to teach to classes later in the afternoon.


:sigh:

I'm focusing on the fact at least it happened today and not tomorrow.

We think it's a bad reaction to some meds she had to start.
I started her on them last week, and I was told if she had no adverse reaction after 5 days, to up the dosage to twice a day. She did just fine, so I upped the dosage yesterday. This morning ...

So, they gave her fluids because she puked so much and an anti-nausea injection, and I'm reverting back to the lower dose of the medication - which I won't give her until tonight. By then, she will have hopefully eaten a bit and it will have stayed down.
