99% of the boss' are on his corp card so it's mostly just reconciling. Entering itemizations sucks donkey cock... there's what? 2 spaces for taxes when hotels have 11 different fucking fees for a single night's stay?! Then we have direct billing for airfare and if I cancel, I have to wait for the credit to show up so they offset each other, but then it screams at me if I have shit on there over 30 days. But I do prefer a pdf over a photo because he texts me the pics then I have to download it to my pictures, then email (stupid iphone wants to default to heic format or something) the jpeg to myself, save it as a pdf then upload to Concur. If it's a pdf, i just save it & upload it.
The bigger issue is MY expenses.... I try to save the company money by buying shit at costco where they don't accept our corp Amex so I pay out of pocket. Or when I go to Target, I use my Target card so I get a 5% discount, then I forget to submit those expenses. I think they owe me about $2k right now, but I've lost a bunch of receipts so I'm pretty well fucked. I need to get my shit together next year.
