I read an article this morning about 4 day work weeks and how they're successful with increasing worker productivity by 20% or something. Then I realized it's because you're all pressured into getting 5 days of work into 4. But now that I think about it more... I think I might be okay with it, but where would I adjust my pay? I'm hourly, so I'd lose out on OT. Would this create a need to move non-exempt to exempt roles?
