Still not sure if UW can play, but your assessment it has something to do with King county rules is wrong. I believe the ones quarantined due to exposure at the very least should be back in time. 14 days just isn't a thing anymore. It is a suggestion to the general public when testing isn't an option. It's different when you have testing.

I haven't heard either way, but them setting this game doesn't mean it will happen.

Take it up with the Seattle Times. I was referring to a recent article by the local Huskies reporter in the Seattle Times. It’s possible he’s wrong but he hasn’t issued a correction or an acknowledgment of what you are saying

To be fair, there isn’t one journalist at the Seattle Times that is credible or believes in journalistic integrity.

Well, they ARE part of today's "mainstream media"... a model of "journalistic integrity".:heh:

Looks like the Seattle Times analysis was correct. UW isn't going to play on Friday.

Bullshit, Oregon has two north losses and we got 1

Colorado could possibly schedule someone. However, they remain the replacement if USC is unable to play on Friday.

You’re 1-2 and got your ass kicked by Oregon and SC. Pipe down
You and UW lost to 3 of the 4 god awful teams in the conference (Arizona being the other). Understandable if Oregon lost to the pathetic Beavers or Golden Showers but not both. Stanford always plays UW tough but this year they don’t have a quality offense or defense.

Cool maybe Wazzu should have shown up for their other games. Or won a majority of the ones they did show up for

Boat raced Oregon State, were killing you for a half then got boat raced by SC. I would say our only losses being to USC and your Covid crew gives us as much of an argument because again, we didn’t lose to the worst teams in the north like you and UW.

You weren't killing anyone. You were up 5 because Oregon turned it over in 3 times. Once Oregon stopped turning it over, Oregon ran all over you. And Oregon wasn't the covid crew, Oregon was actually one of the few teams in the conference that didn't have to cancel on anyone.

As for who should represent the North, it's not an "argument". You finished behind UW and Oregon in the standings. That's the only "argument". If Wazzu wanted to play in the title game their weirdo coach should have enacted stricter guidelines around Covid to prevent it from spreading in the program. However, due to the Rolo's politics, he probably didn't even think Covid was real so the team had half their games canceled because guys did whatever they wanted.

But hey, at least you didn't lose to Washington again. I say you should put up a banner after going 1-2 and not losing to UW.

Wazzu led Utah 28-7. They now trail 35-28. Even during a covid year, the Cougs will coug it.

It's nice to have some familiarity in these unprecedented times.

Utah up 38-28 with 31 unanswered points by Utah.
