Top 10 QB's of 2000's

My dream scenario would be Bama/FSU at noon (they don't deserve a better spot, let's be honest), OSU/UT at 3:30 and then Clemson/LSU at night. I doubt that happens but it would be ideal.

My guess for these B1G/SEC games would be:

OSU vs. Texas - 12:00 | FOX
Alabama vs. FSU - 12:00 | ABC
Syracuse vs. Tennessee - 3:30 | ABC
New Mexico vs. Michigan - 3:30 | CBS
Marshall vs. UGA - 7:00 ESPN
LSU vs. Clemson - 7:30 | ABC
Utah vs. UCLA - 7:30 | NBC

Marshall vs. UGA - 7:00 ESPN
LSU vs. Clemson - 7:30 | ABC
Utah vs. UCLA - 7:30 | NBC
No love for Oklahoma vs Michigan?

What a complete waste of a 3:30 timeslot that would be

I will say, I am assuming that Cuse/Tennessee has to be the 3:30 game. ESPN/ABC could just decide to put Bama/FSU in that time slot.

well the positive thing is that, next years game in Austin will be in primetime. I get why folks sitting on their couch like big noon, it just sucks for us fans that actually travel/attend these games. Like I enjoyed my time in AA last year, really nice fans but it was so quick.. by the time you mingle with them then meet up with other folks from boards at the ESPN set.. it's time to start marching towards the gate..

I'd probably rather watch Cuse/Tennessee of those two. Bama isn't Bama anymore, and FSU is just a joke. That's gonna be a sloppy game that Bama will probably win by 21+ just because FSU is so bad.

I had a great time watching OSU at Texas the last time it was in primetime :beer2:

It's the first weekend the season. I find FSU to be pretty intriguing to see how they rebound. Cuse/Tennessee is also pretty interesting now given the Nico situation. Cuse has to replace a good bit on offense, so I'm not sure they'll be able to score much, but Tennessee replaces a good bit on defense. Overall, it's a pretty good matchup.

Intriguing is not exactly how I would find them. They're relying on a 5'9" QB that got benched at BC as a junior, and they have no real skill position threats. If Bama has even the slightest hint of a defense, I don't see how FSU gets to 10 points. How you describe Cuse/Tennessee sounds like how a fan of one of those programs would describe them, but there's no real national appeal.

I think FSU will be pretty improved next year (yes I know that's not saying much lol). But I'm curious to see what they look like. I'm glad it's early in the season, bc I can see a lot of FSU guys check out if they have another shitty season.

I think there's some appeal to it. Especially if Nico goes to Cuse, which I think is one of his 4 finalists. Plus if TN loses, they're always fun to chuckle at. Lol.

It would be hard for FSU not to improve at least a little, but I don't see any way they win more than 3-4 games at the most. If that game is competitive, then Bama is in for a long, long season.

If Nico goes to Cuse, that game will definitely get a bump, but it still probably won't be a very entertaining game in terms of on-field play. If Nico beat UT, holy hell, Heupel should be fired on the spot.
