Decent pick up. Lead GW in scoring. Career 36% shooter from 3.

Should be solid. GW was wretched but Battle should be able to do pretty well.

Will see how he does defensively I think he played most PF for them.

Good start
I don't think pitino recruited him much which I thought was a mistake. Athletic wing that can hit 3s

Never saw him play, so I'm just basing it off seeing his stats. I'd like to think he's a better version of Brandon Johnson, since he had better numbers as a sophomore than Johnson had at WMU, and did it against better competition.

You had me at, "can hit 3's". That'd be a welcoming sight.

I'm not going pretend I've scouted him, but he's more outside player johnson more inside, if johnson stays good pair

Sounds like his defense bit suspect

I thought I saw he'd played PF, which probably makes sense on a mid major. If he can transition to playing SF, that would certainly be ideal. Having actual size at the wing is something we haven't had in what seems like forever.

Wait he can shoot, score and can't play D? He must not have realized Iowa has an open scholarship....

He can probably give minutes at 4 but more of a 3

Rocket Watts in the portal. Not a great last game, but talented player...

Hasnt played well at Sparty.

Carton already recruiting him. Will see if Shaka takes a look and if he bounces back.

Jabari Abdur Rahim in portal. Damn, do these guys have the option to return?

Well the entire University Washington roster is transferring. The Pac 12 shows well in the tournament but Seattle is on fire in more ways than one.

Weird decision but after 4 years of sitting behind Garza and entering the first season where he will be the primary center Jack Nunge has entered the portal.

Hopefully we go hard after a C now

Yeah that one made me say wtf.

Depending on what Iowa finds I don't think hes a huge loss. Hes a solid player but even with healthy knees Idk if hes "tough" enough to be a heavy minute BIG, big.

My guess is this is a pretty solid sign Iowa either already has a transfer they think is coming or they're definitely going after one . I can't see any other reason he'd leave

In semi related news im starting to think Bohannon is going to play CBB next year ( reading into his tweets) but it may not be for Iowa
