Two racks of ribs on the smoker (currently wrapped in peach paper), corn on the cob, homemade mac and cheese, caesar salad and beer. Then we’ll walk to the park to watch the fireworks.
 
Presently, I am imbibing fizzy iced tea with lemon and a splash of Tito’s.
 
Last night, a nearby township had a fireworks display (they didn’t want to compete with everyone else’s today?). We took our beverages and lawn chairs to the front yard, where we could see the big ones over the tree line across the way.

Made burgers, beer cheese mac and cheese, salad and blueberry pizza.
 
Wut? Sweeten creme fraiche with agave nectar, schmear it on sugar frosted pizza crust, pile on blueberry compote, bake it, then top it with whipped cream?
