Yesterday morning when I walked into a coffee shop it was fairly calm out.

When I walked out five minutes later, the wind was blowing like a sunavabitch.

The front blew in and blew by quickly. I got into the car and shortly after that it started raining.

We had the same kind of conditions as LA and the Carolinas for fires to start up but not near as bad.

A fire started not that far from my home, maybe 25-30 miles.

I downloaded about 6 hours of stuff from Netflix to my iPad in preparation of The Great Power Outage MiniApocalypse 2025 and they still haven’t started the work yet. My brain has been planning on having this break for several days now and I’m feeling very gypped.

I think I’m going to take a mental health day.

I saw something I'd never seen before - it was the "wind" icon, which I've seen plenty of times, but next to it is said "widespread dust."

It was windy but I didn’t notice any of the dust. Now it’s just too damn cold

250K on a hockey game? Don't know what the fuck that is but I went all in. If they lose, meh, I'll be at zero. Time to quit that place anyway. I think they deleted all the Night Shift threads or anything with Tabasco in it.
