Still have this 07 Ram 2500. Gave up plowing last year and she's getting quite rough around the edges with rust, but mechanically it is solid. Freakin Hemi has gobs of power, but swills fuel like crazy.

I only own trucks and I don't spend much on them. 2002 F-150 with 250K miles on it. Smokes like it's on fire but no coolant leak. Minimal maintenance and it looks the part. Also have 2 Rangers, a 92 and an 05. All 4x4. They drive through fields as easily as on roads.

White smoke or black smoke? Needs a ring job?

60 gallon RDS auxiliary diesel tank. Curt 20K fifth wheel hitch.

Where is the 60 gal tank? Is this a special-order item or aftermarket? Fully loaded on fuel and pulling the TV, what kind of mileage are you looking at?

Cracked head. Oil runs down the frame rail and drips on the catalytic converter. About a quart every 500 miles.

Where is the 60 gal tank? Is this a special-order item or aftermarket? Fully loaded on fuel and pulling the TV, what kind of mileage are you looking at?

In the front of the bed. I get around 9-12 mpg pulling my 16,000 pound rv.
It's an RDS tank. I put it in myself. Had to bolt it down and run a wire to the truck battery for the pump.

I should have added that I always felt that those built in boxes were kinda useless since as a contractor I need way more storage space than a couple of those would provide, but I never considered the "cooler" angle.
