Those are pretty. Just not for off road. Maybe I’m wrong but these newer trucks seem
to all be going luxury. I need something with balls if I get off road. My F150 king ranch has been good. But it’s gotten beat down on those roads up there. It’s still pretty tho

I’ve been off road in it a lot. The Rockies, Badlands, Wasatch, Sierras and the Cascades. I have a skid plate and wench. I’m comfortable AF off roadin.

The Wrangler would definitely clear more ground when Slick Rockin near the La Sals.

The skid plate is something I should have done on my king ranch. That was dumb

Thanks for all the tips mang. I didn’t realize they were really the only company making old school trucks. At least until 2023. That V8 is something else man they didn’t change for a long time. And it’s really a 3/4 ton truck too

As far as off roading it’s really not close the competition.

Toyotas are generally more expensive, and hold their value way better than most. The reason is the fucking things are worth it. You won't be disappointed. My buddy has the TRD, in a single cab, short bed truck. Calls it the unicorn, cuz you never see the single cab version. It's a bad mamjama. He got it used, from a guy that ordered it that way.
 
My take:

Jeeps suck and are the most uncomfortable drive imaginable, you couldn't give me one.
FORDs are great but after the warranty is over they good for a grand a year with some kind of repair.

Toyotas are great vehicles the only downside to them is to get the bells and whistles they have designed where you have to get upgraded packages that have a lot of crap you don't want and have to pay for it.

Rams are the shit and Jeeps are great. Only issue is sometimes wonky electrical in the Jeeps but it's very, very few and far between.

If I were going to go with a smaller truck Toyota would be my pick. Fortunately I’m not gay so I will keep my bad ass 5.7 L Ram

Finally got out of the truck game after decades driving Hummers and Rams. Bought a Charger GT. I’m in love with it like it’s a person. ❤️

How many miles? From what I hear after 100k the shitty parts in Rams are done and need replaced
