How often are you above 65 resistance?to be fair, I probably also have 40-50 lbs on you.
Cardio fitness aside, weight is a huge factor especially when out of the saddle. Just a slow jog out of the saddle at 65+ resistance for me is 230+. Barely breaking a sweat.
I've always been quick and able to chase down shots, but looking forward to moreYou will slay

my "recovery" resistance is 47.
Speed work is anything from there to the low 50's and resistance work is 55+.

My out of saddle resistance is at least 45 but even that is feeling light lately. I'll start going higher now.
