I will say that I finally have an ass since I started using the talkie bike. My legs feel fucking great too. Can't wait to see how it transitions to the tennis court

to be fair, I probably also have 40-50 lbs on you.

Cardio fitness aside, weight is a huge factor especially when out of the saddle. Just a slow jog out of the saddle at 65+ resistance for me is 230+. Barely breaking a sweat.

I've always been quick and able to chase down shots, but looking forward to more

I don't think it helps me get out of the sand on spikes in beach volleyball though. Need to do explosive squats or something for that

my "recovery" resistance is 47.

Speed work is anything from there to the low 50's and resistance work is 55+.

Maybe I need to start pushing that

My out of saddle resistance is at least 45 but even that is feeling light lately. I'll start going higher now.

finished up the Queen's Gambit, it was a pretty good show. Like that they're not doing season 2 and ending the story
