I am not sure what was a happier day as a young parent. When they were potty trained or when they started eating people food?

As a not-so-young parent whose youngest kid just got potty-trained, it is 100% potty training.

Same. We only used it for kid #1. Took it out of the attic when kid #2 was born and there was still a diaper in it. That thing got moved to a new house and put in the attic with a fucking dirty diaper still in it.

I bet there is a pretty rapid halflife for baby poop...but I am not sure if the diaper and diaper genie insulate it enough to keep it from degrading too rapidly...

over the weekend someone got a hold of my credit card number and spent some moneys on a couple of those city scooter rides through Spin Mobility then some money at the Playstation Store...then finally $30 at Taco Bell through doordash...

card is cancelled now, but I am going to have to do some password changes to figure out where they grabbed my card number info...

The data suggests simply paying more is not working. I saw a story this morning that some airlines are offering "triple pay" for employees to work holidays

I also don't believe it's because young people are lazy, sure some are, but so were prior generations. Some of the jobs not being filled, lets be honest, suck.

I don't have the answers though, I just get tired of lazy narratives that focus on (benefits that have ended) and lazy young people

And I agree benefits should've ended and there missteps along the way.
