Or course it is evidence. It isn't direct evidence, but it is circumstantial evidence. One could easily conclude based on that circumstantial evidence that people so close to him should have known no one has that much signal intel without doing it illegally.

Yeah -- I don't know military stuff, but the story said he went to the Naval Academy, but he retired a USMC captain? Can you switch branches like that? Or do you start over if you go from one branch to another? Maybe he just went into the Marines after the Naval Academy and did a 4 year active duty and they mistakenly put it as retiring?

Lots of Naval Academy grads end up in the Marines.

He was given a medical disability and retired.

it isn’t evidence. That’s what he was hired to do. Yea. He was probably feeding them information he got through this scheme. There is nothing in his sideline presence that would suggest anyone else knew about it. This is a common position held by an analyst on the field. If the position was uncommon or illegal in of itself then it would be evidence.

I was Air Force for 8 years and 'separated' with an honorable discharge. I get typical veterans benefits, but no retirement pay.

Regarding the Navy and Marine Corps, there is only one academy and that is the Naval Academy.
Once one graduates from the Naval Academy they have the option of going Navy or Marine Corps.

The Navy and Marine Corps are basically bound at the hip.

Honestly, the best part about all of this has nothing to do with them on the field. It's the whole sanctimonious notion about the virtuous "michigan man" not just crumbling, but being given the Hiroshima treatment. Their fans are too brainwashed to believe otherwise, but they root for a scumbag program that's certainly not above any others out there, but below most.

That isn’t evidence of what you’re claiming it’s evidence of. Chris Partridge destroyed evidence. Him on the sideline talking to Harbaugh isn’t evidence that Harbaugh was in on it. It’s evidence of an analyst on the sideline. It isn’t circumstantial evidence. It isn’t evidence of knowledge of the issue at hand. This would be circumstantial evidence that stallions was using the information to steal signs in games. I don’t want to once again call you a bad lawyer but this is absolutely not evidence of any kind that other coaches knew about this.

What about an analyst being hired to steal signs being on the field helping coaches steals signs, leads you to reasonably infer that the other coaches knew he stole them through in person scouting?

You can't reasonably infer that. This is not evidence of that. You are wrong.

So Stalions was dumb to be using his credit cards and venmo, but he was brilliant enough to keep his scheme from fellow coaches and staffers?

There's a place called the film room. Harbaugh, the OC, or DC, weren't curious where the incredible sideline video of their future opponent was coming from? LOL
