2. Michigan is not the only team doing it (We have played Texas once in history ... 2005 - Lost 38-37).
3. A rational solution to a problem that is bigger than Michigan.

I'm not sure what evidence you think could come out that would convince me that in person scouting through 3rd parties isn't a violation of the NCAA rule. It is not a violation to the letter of the rule. It may be ruled a violation by a committee of people. It may not. What I do know is that the B10 has made an enemy for life over bogus sportsmanship claims pushed by Ryan Day

Exactly. That does not absolve Michigan from being wrong if it is a B1G or NCAA Rule and they should be punished. The following questions remain:

1. Is it a B1G Rule, an NCAA Rule or both?
2. Why is it a rule?
3. Are there logical and easy solutions to sign decoding?
4. Are other teams doing it?

Ryan Day being a crybaby and trying to play victim is the least surprising thing ever. Can’t think of a coach I have less respect for.

And any OSU fan with any pride should have been calling for him to step down after the crying on tv over something a 90 year old Lou Holtz said and claiming they’ve only played one bad half of football under him
