Wedding Crashers Monday

A white wedding

Get married in February. Gives you a second chance to get the gift right.
I've never given my wife a Valentine's Day gift.

I laid out for her very early on in our relationship that I wouldn't with the reasoning that "if you're doing your job as a spouse that 'holiday' means nothing and it's just another day on the calendar to get suckers to buy shit". Some (most?) guys would rather be a shitty husband most of the year then try to pretend to be a good husband by buying their wife off a few times per year; I made a commitment to be a good husband year round. At first, it was kinda tough for her when all of her female family members, friends and co-workers would share stories about "what they got for Valentine's Day" as those superficial bitches gauge how much they're loved by those gifts and my wife would explain why she didn't get anything; but since I have proven to her I walk the walk, she now uses it as a badge of honor and sometimes makes other women jealous because she doesn't get gifts that day.

My wife is not a good Christian woman and wants her being on Bling Day. That does not let me off the hook the rest of the year.

Also, I can cook.

You can cook, but do you?

My wife and I oftentimes (more times than not) cook together.

Why do you say that?
Draft day? It's ridiculous premise

Seattle trades down but then gives more to trade up to get the guy they could've gotten without trading down?

So manly.
You relate submission to societal commercialism as manliness?

What's more manly, the man who goes against societal norms and arrives on the other side successful or the man who just blindly follows established societal norms because women want you to?

I hope you came up with something more romantic than this for her card. 😬

Waterworld had a more realistic plot.

Getting married in less than 2 weeks. Scheduled for a Husker bye
