I weighed in at 198 in December '18. I'm around 162 these days, but I've also added a lot of muscle, so I can't imagine how much fat weight I lost.
Speaking of counting - every morning, I have a fruit shake for breakfast with pea and hemp protein powders. Last week, I totaled up how much of the powder I've ordered from Amazon. Forty-five fucking pounds of protein powder I've consumed. . . I'd love to know how many pounds of frozen fruit and mixed field greens as well.
I still booze pretty heavily. I do drink beer, but not a lot. Mostly bourbon, tequila and vodka. If I cut that out, I'd probably be shredded, but I'd also probably become the serial killer you think I am.
