Wednesday and it is Autumn

I still gotta get back to 175 lol. This has not been a solid effort from stakes this year.

Thinking of joining the Y again I have found I really enjoy swimming and the few moments the kid let me swim 25-30 laps at a time it was a hell of a workout. He just doesn't let me do it lol.

Swimming is no joke.

I was a competitive swimmer up until about 17. I was just starting to work laps in to my regular routine before this faggot Rona hit. I haven't been to the gym since. I still run and workout, but just in my basement. Sucks. Mrs Redfoot is nervous about me returning to the gym because her parents live with us.

Yes. Parents. It's not just the MIL anymore. . .
 
Are you still on contract? My move is waiting until my two years is up and re-signing provided I get something close to the introductory rate.


If I don't then I will probably just move on to the next intro rate somewhere else or stream.

I've been with them for many years.

I got a scale a while back and I'm shocked at the fluctuations. Biggest I've seen was 161 in the morning, up to 167 before bed, and back down to 163 when I woke up.
 
I've been trying to be better at cardio. Making sure I go to the gym is easy. The other stuff isn't
I’m the opposite. I need to get better at my strength training. I can run, bike, swim all day. But just the thought of lifting weights depresses me.

Nephew is sick with covid. I talked to him last night, he said he has a fever and it's hard to breathe.

Our official quarantine is until Saturday, but I'm pretty sure we are all likely safe. My niece, who is pregnant (this was her reveal party) tested negative and nobody else has any symptoms.

Fingers crossed.
Reveal parties causing all the bad things.

They're a bit motivated to move out right now because the kids have returned to school, full five days.

I'm thinking maybe I'll start to take the kids to the hospital to volunteer in the COVID wing.

Debating about NFL Sunday Ticket. $300...but I'm not doing the sports bar thing...Sigh...They might get me this year. $30 a game roughly for the Bears...Brutal. I always hear those stories about calling in and forcing a cheaper price...Anyone have success with that, honestly?

I weighed in at 198 in December '18. I'm around 162 these days, but I've also added a lot of muscle, so I can't imagine how much fat weight I lost.

Speaking of counting - every morning, I have a fruit shake for breakfast with pea and hemp protein powders. Last week, I totaled up how much of the powder I've ordered from Amazon. Forty-five fucking pounds of protein powder I've consumed. . . I'd love to know how many pounds of frozen fruit and mixed field greens as well.

I still booze pretty heavily. I do drink beer, but not a lot. Mostly bourbon, tequila and vodka. If I cut that out, I'd probably be shredded, but I'd also probably become the serial killer you think I am.

I got up to ~197 last fall, I always said if I got to 200 it's over

I'm down to 183 and still losing weight. Probably not gaining much in muscle, but eh. My goal is 170. Getting there, slowly, but getting there
