Wednesday...Get Over It!

All day yesterday I thought it was Wednesday. Was very disappointed to discover last night that it was only Tuesday.

I fear I have fucked up my upper quad. Doubt if I could leg raise 10 lbs right now. Rehab advice?

Stay off of it. Keep it raised. If it turns black and purple go see a doctor. You’ll need surgery if you tore it from the tendon.

I wish I had had surgery on my right bicep when I tore that 8-10 years ago. I got a half of one now. Strange thing is that I still have the strength in it but it cramps easily.

Best part is that I learned how to do a hook slide...downhill...on a 45 degree slope.

I wish I had had surgery on my right bicep when I tore that 8-10 years ago. I got a half of one now. Strange thing is that I still have the strength in it but it cramps easily.
Your body is betraying you. At your age you need to take it easy.

I had compartment syndrome in my left bicep over a decade ago. They had to slice it open and drain it. Rehabbed it myself. No problems since. Then two years ago I tore my right triceps tendon. That’s good now too other than my bench and behind the head tricep presses are down.
