not sure you know what a "Karen" is...Good work, Karen.
Are you sure about that? Maybe the manager reviews their Twitter feedback. You probably got some young kid just starting off in life fired and sent them on a life-long tailspin.not sure you know what a "Karen" is...
I did not speak to their manager.
We had a full 36 teams and a waiting list 15-20 years ago.our league also dropped from 12 teams to 7 this year because of retirements. That's just insane to me.

I am still waiting for mine as wellYeah I mailed in my passport to get renewed about a month ago... They just cashed my check yesterday... Very slow I see... Wasn't expecting it to be back quickly but yikes that's a long time to wait to cash it...
I am still waiting for mine as well
I do find it interesting that pretty much every private business has figured out how to get shit done during this pandemic, but governmental functions have essentially ground to a halt. Nothing gets done.I knew it was a long turn around time pre-covid anyway but it appears that it is even longer now. I am not planning a trip anytime soon where I'd need it and I do have that Real ID license anyway so I a good but I would like to get it back soon

I wouldn't go that far.Not only have they figured out how to get things done, it has been figured out how to get them done even more economical and more efficiently
I wouldn't go that far.
Considering supply chains are completely fucked right now
Especially after a day of work. Our first day at Zion we put in 10-11 miles and it took a solid 4-5 hours.A 14 mile hike is pretty impressive. Good job.
We've been spending the last quarter century (more?) trying to be as efficient and "lean" as possible.Yeah, that is a good point.. Not everything is going that well.. I stand corrected. It is very strange how supply chains have faltered for some reason...

So when you have labor consistency issues, coupled with massive shifts in consumer activity and some weather issues, it's really not that strange.
Because some telecommuters end up working from another state (especially with a company located on a state border). Probably easier to have all telecommuters fill out a new W-4 than go through the process of checking with each individual employee about primary work space.Work is having me fill out new W4s as a telecommuter.
I don't get why.
People probably realized during the pandemic that some of those leagues aren't that fun. Mr. Kobe "retired" from league because after a year without it he realized he liked going out with friends, me, or alone better than the rigidity of the league.our league also dropped from 12 teams to 7 this year because of retirements. That's just insane to me.
We just found out someone on staff moved to another fucking country and was working remotely from there. That person no longer has access to our systems.Because some telecommuters end up working from another state (especially with a company located on a state border).
