I don’t think that’s necessarily true. It’s on national tv in front of a packed stadium. They aren’t going to toss the guy in a body bag on the field. The way the players were reacting I think he may be dead

They should've attached one to him upon starting CPR and it can detect in real time if he has a shockable rhythm, if he has no shockable rhythm (asystole or flatline) then they have to continue CPR and administer meds via IV until they get a shockable rhythm and pulse

Not sure about that. NFL isn't going to let him die on the field, even if they have to do CPR and call it at the hospital.

I played HS football with a teammate that broke his neck and he did the exact same thing. He made a tackle, got up and started running to the sidelines and collapsed in a pile of himself. That scared the shit out of me because I've seen it before.

I’ve heard could have been a cardiac contusion which you can survive but if he’s not breathing on his own I wonder if it’s a neck injury
