What are some legendary local bands in your area

The big one of my parents’ generation was Drivin N Cryin. They had some moderate national success, but they’re still very popular in Georgia. You go to any concert, and there’s a good chance whatever band is playing is gonna play either Honeysuckle Blue or Straight to Hell. Jason Isbell played Honeysuckle Blue last Friday in Alpharetta

My generation the big one is Blackberry Smoke. I probably saw them play 20 times in my teens and early 20’s.

One band I saw a bunch that was supposed to really take off but kinda fell apart was Marah. They still draw some good crowds when they play their Christmas shows or when they did their 20th anniversary record release shows. And they got big in Spain, for some reason. Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes are a band I don't think I can even name a song of, but they play a big show at the Stone Pony every summer that draws a big crowd.
