Looking around my birthday of that year it would have been some song called "Music" Madonna

When I got my restricted it was The Sign by Ace of Base (I approve due to heritage). When it automatically turned into a full license the next year it was Take a Bow by Madonna.... :facepalm:

Fuck you! You dont everyone's circumstance. I was court ordered that I couldn't get mine until I was 18.

Boyz II Men ruled the #1 spot when I got mine, but when I got behind the wheel on my own for the first time, my record of choice was "Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik" by Outkast.
 
Not my jam but I did turn 16 at peak Will Smith. Later that summer Independence Day happened and, well that was the fucking shit so Will Smith had a great 1996.

This was #1 for 3 weeks, so it should cover the time. Thank goodness that crappy ass Jackson 5 song was #1 for only one week.
