He's just a miniature version of Scaramucci, he's not a real person!I'm about 40 miles from Juice.
I was going to stop and have a beer with him. Then he started posting all his stupid shit denigrating boomers and snowbirds so now I just give him the finger as I go by.
Bunch of freak'n wusses... Can't handle a little "potential" volcanic activity.Holy shit, I don't think I could ever do that shit. There is something incredibly unnerving about living on a goddamned island that is only 25 miles long, or 50 square fucking miles!?!
Fffuuuck that.
Went to the US Virgin Islands in late August......very nice but too short of a trip.Just turned 50, so I'm starting to plan things like I won't actually die in my office.
Anyone have any hot tips?

We've taken some trips to Belize and have one scheduled for Costa Rica this summer to scope things out.

If I have a change of heart, probably some place like Harlan, KY. Land is pretty and cheap
You're not misleading us, you're in the Witness Protection Program!!!!Soooo many places to go. For me it's all about getting what I want for the best possible value.
@TigerBait1971 we were in the Caribbean for almost three years but now somewhere else.

Hawaii is expensive isn't it?
Or that's the impression I have, which could be totally wrong.
It's 10x the cost of other tropical places I know. Take the same money to the Philippines and live like a king on a private beach and it's almost certainly much safer. The big drawbacks are that it's so far away from the US it takes two days to get back and the typhoons.Hawaii is expensive isn't it?
