The missus is a big freezer of leftovers. Gravies get dated and frozen. Saves all her veggie water and freezes it too for future gravies.

We never run out.

And I love turkey leftovers.

I chop the giblets and put them in the stuffing. A big glug of bourbon makes for a really good Turkey gravy.

All I know, is if yer turkey gravy isn't heavily "saged", it sucks, and shouldn't be called turkey gravy.
