Their O line recruiting was shitty before the Air Raid. SC always has and always will have better skill players in totality than any Pac 12 school. The Air Raid has hurt USC's OL recruiting IMO. They have to get better on the offensive line and that may start by moving to a traditional offense.
You might make the CFB before you get another conference win in Bball.
Yikes.

Hey, what's with this poll? Doesn't @HammerDown realize Oregon already went to the playoff in 2014?
Uh oh. Hammer's pissed![]()
I'm just surprised he is pissed at someone other than Urban or the Buckeyes

Ok, so you cite recruiting classes when they were the entire Pac 12. Then you skipped over the classes that put them where they are at along with having what 4 different coaches. You can’t use the 2018 class because they weren’t air raid yet during recruiting period because Harrell was with us. The definitely need to upgrade their offensive line but don’t be naive and act like the winning the Pac 12 is predicated on who has the best offensive line. That is total nonsense. Here are the # of top 100 prospects who were lineman that committed to USC during their run in the 2000s. I posted the # for other PAC teams so you could see the comparison.
2003:
USC - 2
2004:
USC - 2
Oregon - 1
2005:
None
2006:
USC - 1
2007:
USC - 2
2008:
USC - 3
2009:
USC - 2
UCLA - 1
Since USC went to the Air Raid:
2018:
Oregon - 1
2019:
Oregon - 1
UCLA - 1
2020:
Stanford - 1
2021:
Oregon - 2
I would like to see the numbers for the sanction years. Not fond of the star rating system but the gap is missing for comparison. SC did have an Offensive lineman go in the first rd last year. And AVT most likely goes in the first rd of the draft this year. Also going to be curious to see what McGuire does with the Oline next season. He has been vocal about the run game and putting the QB under center more unlike Harrell. That is total nonsense. na that time has come and gone.If USC ever get their shit together, they could rule the Pac
you mean where Oregon has beat USC a couple years in a row including for the Pac 12 title?Based on where these programs are next season, I don't see how anyone can possibly pretend like Oregon will beat USC to the CFP.
according to some people the Earth is flat.According to our latest polls, most cfb fans believe that potato salad will beat Oregon to the cfp.
