He's not a fan of recruiting.

It's going to be Aranda. He was hot shit there and is turning things around at Baylor. He probably needs a little more HC experience before taking over a program of that stature but if the powers that be hate coach O they are going to pressure the AD for someone that they like.

And honestly it's not a bad hire. We haven't seen his upside but rape state doesn't fuck around when it comes to head coaches so that would be a solid hire.
