I've never fried, but I bet that would taste better than baked :drool:

I like those pics of the "fully loaded" tots...I've just never gotten around to trying to make them.

I used to order/love them from this place when I lived on the Upper East Side but it looks like they are closed at the moment. They've still got a basic tot pic on the site though.
