The Surgeon General just called for the rescheduling but it will take the HHS Secretary and AG to get the ball rolling. This is something that a competent POTUS could easily direct if congress will not. Either party would still score a win by putting a bare bones marijuana rescheduling bill on the POTUS' desk. No need for any riders for this issue.

Only one place I've seen here that isn't cash only. Actually kind of funny because that place will show you your final total plus tax on the online order, which I've never seen anywhere else.

Sounds a whole lot like some neighborhoods I lived in before it was legal. I never bought weed with check,credit card or money order. Cash is king.

Several CBD shops are up and running around here and I have no doubt that they popped up to have a head start on dispensary licenses. The closest one will be about 500 yards from my house. I can't wait to tell a budtender that I want to be able to smoke a bowl and be about six seconds behind the world around me.

There were many problems with chemicals. You could find countless links. They even brought it up last time I was in the store. It’s all pre-boxed to protect the public’s health from unscrupulous growers and illegal sellers. 2 places just closed down, I was going to were illegal shops. Illegal shops cost way less! But now I went to West Clinick. It’s been legal for 4 years. It’s like a palace. Call them up if you’re such an ignorant dumbass that you think weed cannot be contaminated or adulterated.
