drivel - it is a word that is overly used. It is often used to be condescending to an opposing view. But it is rarely used correctly.

"jibe" and "jive" are like this too only the opposite way. Hell, jive (deceive or lie) is almost the opposite of jibe (agree)!

I can't believe how often I see "common" when the person actually wanted "come on" :facepalm:
