Workless Wednesday

Again, the fact that you're trying to get people to side with you on dumb shit like you pulled this morning, is cute.
we are all to blame for this failure, Douche.

Keep LARPing in the morning thread, dawg.

Would you like a bigger shovel?

This cute character isn't winning you e-friends.

This is the shit that happens when OP abandons his morning thread and gets drunk at a brewery at 1 on a weekday. Should we be vetting?

Pretty solid odds he has a beer in hand as we type

Roob, cereal question.

Are you rooting for the Boys in blue or the Steve Irwin team?

"It's better to lose to the champs" or "Root against the bad guys"

I don't have anything against the Dodgers, but they can lick my taint spotless. They have a helluva team, which i thought would beat the braves in 5-6 games. It would be nice to see the team with a payroll a quarter of the size win it all and see the dodgers watch another season slip away with arguably the best roster again.

But I figured Dodgers in 5-6. Kevin Cash has made questionable pitching decisions all playoffs. Taking Morton out in the 6th in Game 7 (obviously still won) and leaving Glasnow in too long last night. Not too mention, odds are Arozarena won't continue to mash like he has all postseason. So after last night, I'm leaning more towards Dodgers in 5.

I have a soft spot in the cockles of my heart for the Dodgers after going to a meaningless Rockies/Dodgers game last year at Dodger Stadium. The experience there was awesome and they got my boy Mookie, they have essentially become my NL team.

did you buy a Dodgers hat?

holy fucking borat, every time you think it has to be made up... these fucking people

Yes. Not a fan of the piping or the stars really. I just wanted a plain Blue.
agree

the classic LA hat is all you need.

I liked them when Utley played for them...and it's been 30 yrs since they won a WS, so I can get behind them getting one now.

Its the fact that they have one of the biggest payrolls and best rosters in baseball, and then get a steal with the second best player in the game, that I root against them.

Had to get a Retro Baby Blue Anaheim Angels hat when I was down there too.

I couldn't get into the Braves at all, as the only player I could name on their roster is Freddie Freeman...

I guess I don't know.

It's the retro "Cooperstown Collection" hat.

Actually can't even find a picture of it online at all. This one's all baby blue, closest I could find online is the retro baby blue with a navy blue lid.

The Braves have some guys that should be pretty huge names in the next coming years. Acuna, Albies, Fried, Soroka, Swanson, and Anderson are all studs and still getting better.

As a kid, I use to pay attention to the Redsox almost as religiously as I did the Braves because of my dad. Use to be able to tell you all the players/stats in the bigs and atleast AAA. Late 2000s I started to lose interest in them, but still sort of kept up with. This year, I maybe knew 3-4 guys on the starting roster.
