David Gilmour didn't even like it. He was quoted as saying "all that whiny Vera Vera shit"
The song is just over a minute long, I think it fit pretty well.

The only weak track on my favourite album. Much like "Seamus" on Pink Floyds "Meddle" album. Woof.Center has apparently never gone beyond the Ray Conniff Singers
Same.
I think it was the song "Jump" that did me in on VH.
I'm a fan of David Gilmour, particularly his guitar playing, but Pink Floyd definately had an artistic drop off when Roger Waters left.David Gilmour didn't even like it. He was quoted as saying "all that whiny Vera Vera shit"
Record labels ruined rock bands like Aerosmith, Van Halen, and Styx with the pop stuff. Had to get them on the 'Pop Charts'.
FWIW I consider DLR the first trannyWow! That was horrible!
He was a key cog in turning the 1980's rock scene into flamboyant faggotry. Other bands took it farther and much more faggy, though.FWIW I consider DLR the first tranny
Waters will always be "The Wall". Arguably, they're greatest artistic accomplishment. The band didn't win a Grammy until Waters left, when they released Division Bell, one of my favs. Waters has turned into a progressive asshole now. Can't even listen to the guy.I'm a fan of David Gilmour, particularly his guitar playing, but Pink Floyd definately had an artistic drop off when Roger Waters left.

Don't you remember...Record labels ruined a lot of rock bands by pressuring them into making 'pop' songs.
They destroyed Heart.
I’m half Jewish, so I’m certainly no fan of Waters as a person, and I don’t listen to his nonsense either, but that doesn’t have anything to do with the music.Waters will always be "The Wall". Animals was their best IMO.Strongly disagree. A Momentary Lapse of Reason and Division Bell was some of their finest work IMO.
Don't get me wrong. I loved Waters when he was with Floyd, but he's done 2/3rds of 4/5ths of fuck all since he left, you know, except being an asshole.I’m half Jewish, so I’m certainly no fan of Waters as a person, and I don’t listen to his nonsense either, but that doesn’t have anything to do with the music.
Grammys are a bigger joke than Waters’ political views.
I never liked Division Bell. I think Momentary is the best of the Waterless Floyd albums.
Animals is an awesome album.Animals was their best IMO.
I dig Momentary, but if I go the rest of my life without hearing Division Bell, I won’t feel like the good Lord gypped me.
