Y no Monday thread?

@RoyMunson @kobesgame and myself all post much less.

I'm being forced to work more
And that old guy that picks up sticks split for the old site.

Douche hardly posts.

I'm sure there are more that we haven't mentioned. I liked GOBs, but his departure is hardly the reason the morning threads are struggling.

Neither, no exterior access outside of small windows and one big window needed to code for a bedroom
So you have a bedroom, by code, in the basement? That makes it livable space, which makes it an extra level.

finished up Reacher on Amazon. It wasn't a particularly good TV series, but did kill some time and I've read few novels and I did read novel S1 covers

At least they used a 6'5 actor instead of Tom Cruise like the movies
My wife and I binge-watched it a few weeks ago. It wasn’t bad

I'm struggling to get through it.

I think calling that guy an actor is kind.

I was pleased that we got to see that lady cop's titties. I wasn't expecting that.

We have a second master suite in the basement as well as a living room. It doesn't officially count as a bedroom or square footage because there's no egress. That's stupid.

FUCK YOU, PETER!

it's mindless TV that I didn't watching while playing WWF or surfing the net

But, yeah, acting and dialog leave a lot to be desired

You goan dye inna fyre!!!

Not really a term we use here in MN

And google tells me walk up refers to when stairs lead to the outside, not back to the interior

From an appraisal standpoint, there are two types of basement: walk-up or walk-out. A walk-up is typically where the whole basement is below grade and you have to go up to get out. There may be small windows at the top or window wells for bedrooms. A walk-out is typically when the home is built into a grade and the front part of the lower level is below grade and the rear is at grade and you can walk out. From a functional utility standpoint, walk-out is more like another finished level, whereas walk-up is less desirable.

just not how we think about here in MN since almost everyone has a basement, I'd guess at least 90% of homes here have a basement, very few just have slab foundation.

So we'd call it one level with finished basement and if you want to call it a two level, cool, I don't really give a fuck.

Its not like calling all pop, Coke

I was just trying to stay with the current vortex theme.

We're about to finish West Wing (I know, a couple decades late to the party) and will experience severe content/talent withdrawal.
