I went to Vandy, so there’s that. We had a lot of threads on the old Hoop about why people are conference fans. Mostly for me I have family that went to half the SEC schools, and close friends to most of them. So, I pull for the SEC.

Plus I love seeing all the fans of other conferences get their panties in a wad because they realize how much better SEC schools are, and they whine about gow unfair it is when they get their asses kicked. Generally acting like little pussies about how the SEC is so unfair in how they do things. I mean you guys have to admit you do whine all the time about the SEC getting all the breaks, etc. Living rent free.

In other words, I went to Vandy undergrad, UGA law school. I get to experience the entire spectrum. It’s not pathetic to pull for a school where a family member went, IMO. Except Auburn. I can never pull for Auburn and I had a lot of family members go there.
