No...no there is not. Brand new trucks have their brand new beds removed by the thousands to convert the trucks to work trucks with whatever working situation they want. The "take-offs" are then sold for whatever someone is willing to pay for one. Supply + demand set prices and like I've said...there are tons of take-offs....more than there are folks looking to buy a bed. Trust me on this...I know more about it than you think you know about it.

In high school it was a popular trend to take the bed off of Rangers/S-10’s/Dakotas/Toyota Pickups and putting flatbeds on them. Always thought that was almost as dumb as the bass boxes that drowned out the music and rattled ear drums

I'm glad they do it though. Wheel wells on boxes are the first to rust out and getting a new one is easy peasy and cheap.

Last one I got from Texas was $1200 and was the newer version with the bed box storage. Perfect color match and now my '09 is rust free again.

what's funny is he took the precaution of spray painting the cameras he could see and removing his license plate on one vehicle, but not the other.

bottom line is the man is not intelligent at all. I am sure this isn't the first time he has done shit like that either. His wife is totally clueless that her husband is a thief too.
