I mean he had 8 wins, and a few top 5 points finishes and never had a top ride. He should have retired when Adam died, but I’d still call that a respectable career

This is the top example. I don’t know what he did prior to being the Louisiana Tech HC, but the dude had a losing record at La Tech, and the Tennessee hired him.

One of the biggest head scratchers I can think of. If it were UGA, it would at least make sense
